Helvarix Systems
Helvarix Systems is developing software infrastructure designed to enable large-scale civilian participation in astronomy and space research. The platform's primary concept, the Helvarix Global Array, is intended to coordinate distributed observers, aggregate observational data, and create a framework through which amateur astronomers can contribute to scientific discovery at scale.
The project was conceived to bridge the gap between professional research institutions and the global astronomy community by providing tools for observation coordination, data collection, and collaborative analysis. Potential applications include citizen science initiatives, public engagement programs, educational outreach, transient event monitoring, and distributed telescope networks.
Included in the acquisition are the Helvarix brand, domain assets, software codebase, platform architecture, documentation, social media accounts, website assets, and intellectual property associated with the Helvarix Global Array and related concepts, including the Helvarix Orbital Platform.
The project remains in development and represents an opportunity for organizations in astronomy, citizen science, education, aerospace, and scientific outreach to acquire an existing foundation rather than build comparable infrastructure from scratch.
